Where do you ship to?

Due to problems and delays with the postal service, we only advertise shipping to the UK as it has been difficult to guarantee delivery abroad. However, if a customer living outside of the UK wishes to make a purchase, please contact us and we will calculate a delivery price.
What are your earring hooks and posts made from?

We are aware some metals can cause sensitivities so we use only 925 sterling silver earring hooks and surgical steel stud posts on our earrings.
Do you make everything you sell yourself?

Yes, we make all our products in house ourselves, except our greeting cards which are printed for us in the UK using eco inks and are not coated to make them easier to recycle.
Can I hang your decorations outside?

Most of our decorations are made from wood, so we recommend they are for inside use only.
I am interested in your wholesale service, how can I order from you?
