SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all stock items within 1-5 working days.  Personalised and custom orders may be dispatched up to 10 working days.  However, this may vary for large orders, we will notify you of an estimated dispatch time in these cases. 

We will notify you by email once your order has been posted but we are not responsible for the delivery time of the goods once they have been posted and Royal Mail may take longer to deliver your goods at busy times.

We have two postage and packing options to a UK address, the prices are as follows:

 

  • Standard Second Class Royal Mail postage and packing to a UK address is £2.95 for all purchases (Royal Mail quote approximately 2-3 days, excluding Sundays, delivery once posted)

  • First Class Royal Mail delivery to a UK address is £4.50 for all purchases (Royal Mail quote approximately 1-2 days, excluding Sundays, delivery once posted)

  • International postage and packing costs to the rest of the world are £13.50 for 1-2 items

  • £19.50 for 3-5 items

  • £25 for more than 5 items

  • Goods are sent out Royal Mail standard international tracked

  • Royal Mail's standard services do not pre-pay US customs duties and any import duties, tariffs or customs fees due are to be paid by the recipient

  • International delivery times will depend on the destination country, postage to Europe approximately 3-5 business days but could take up to 25 days, postage to the rest of the world approximately 5-7 business days but could take up to 30 days. Delivery to The United States may be slower than usual due to the customs measures put in place

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know and dispatch items back to us within 14 days of delivery and in the original condition.

 

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched but if there is a problem with your items on receipt, please let us know so that we can put it right.

 

Unfortunately, the following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital products

  • Earrings

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
