To remove the decoration the recipient simply unties the cord bow to un-thread it from the wooden holly holder. Re-tie the cord to hang the decoration on the tree.

Printed in the UK, all our cards come with a kraft recycled envelope and are blank inside for your own message.

All physical product purchases, except for those listed below, come with a 7 day money back guarantee. All returns must be requested and agreed with us beforehand. Any goods returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know and dispatch items back to us within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition.

The cost of the physical product, paid by you, will be reimbursed within 30 days of receiving the product back from you. Postage costs incurred by returning the goods to us are to be paid by you the customer and will not be reimbursed by us along with any costs incurred by us if we have to recover the goods from you.

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched, but if there is a problem with your items on receipt, please let us know so that we can put it right.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We aim to despatch most items within 1-5 working days. Personalised and custom orders will be despatched within 10 working days. However, this may vary for large orders and we will notify you of an estimated dispatch time in these cases. If you require something urgently, please contact us and we will endeavour to help.

Standard delivery to a UK address is £2.95 for orders upto a value of £40, and FREE for orders over £40.

All local deliveries to BS22 and BS23 postcodes are FREE, but you will need to select this option at the checkout.

Goods are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class post unless otherwise specified.
